Chia pudding and oats [Healthy recipes]

Chia seeds in our house are called power balls, and indeed in the past they were eaten by fighters before the fight.

Indeed, the chia seeds have magnificent nutritional values, first of all they are a source of protein (4.4 grams of amino acids per 100 grams), they contain omega 3 which is good for our brain activity, and they are rich in vitamins: vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin E and vitamin D.
It also has minerals: potassium, calcium, zinc, magnesium and sulfur. 10.6 dietary fiber per 100 grams and perhaps most importantly they contain antioxidants that protect our body from invaders, allergies or inflammation and improve the function of various systems in our body. And the nice part of the whole story is that they don't have a dominant taste at all, so you can put them in salty and sweet foods. I chose to share with you a sweet recipe that is also nice for a summer breakfast.
Oats are a great love of mine, I put them in almost every dish or dessert, and not only because of its comforting taste, it has many virtues, firstly it is a source of proteins (16 grams per 100 grams), rich in dietary fiber (10.6 grams per 100 grams), Vitamin B, folic acid, and important minerals including calcium, iron, zinc, potassium and magnesium. And in addition, it has antioxidants that protect our cells from damage in the body.
These two friends together are a winning combination, complementing and strengthening each other.
The ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
• 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
• ¾ cup plant-based drink - soy, oats. Rice, almonds.
• 3 drops of quality vanilla extract
• Fruits that you like - I like to put banana, strawberry, mango, kiwi, pomegranate.
• Two halves of walnuts.
Preparation:
• In a large glass, put the chia seeds and the oat, add the plant-based drink and mix well, wait 2 minutes, add the vanilla and mix again.
• Cover with a cloth and put in the refrigerator overnight.
• In the morning, cut the vegetables and place them in a glass, I like to put some in the blender, it creates beautiful layers of color
• Cut the nuts and place on top and serve.
